Police are investigating a fatal collision in Koonwarra this morning.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of South Gippsland Highway and Caithness Road following reports of a collision between a car and truck about 10.20am.
Sadly, the driver and sole occupant of the car, an 18-year-old Meeniyan woman, died at the scene.
The driver and sole occupant of the truck, a 37-year-old man of Tarlee in South Australia, was not seriously injured.
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be determined.
Investigators are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or has dash cam footage to come forward.
