Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash that occurred in Birchmont on Friday 27 October 2023.
About 7.20am, a blue Mazda sedan and a Kenworth truck were involved in a collision while driving south on the Forrest Highway.
The 68-year-old female driver of the Mazda and 69-year-old male passenger were taken to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment. The female died on Thursday 9 November 2023.
The driver of the truck was not injured.
