Major Crash officers are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at Emu Flat on Saturday, 19 September 2020.
Around 4pm a Mack prime mover, carrying 25,000 litres of water was travelling north-west while spraying Mount Monger South Road, 16 kilometres south west of Mount Monger Road.
On a slight right hand bend the truck has gone over the edge of the roadway and tipped on its side.
The sole occupant, a 55-year-old South Kalgoorlie man, has died at the scene.
