Police are investigating after a fatal crash in She Oaks last week.
Investigators have been told a car was travelling along Steiglitz-She Oaks Road when the driver lost control and crashed into a tree on Saturday, 4 January about 5.50pm.
The driver, a 36-year-old man from Corio, was taken to hospital with life threatening injuries, where he later died on 6 January.
The passenger was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening-injuries.
The investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
