Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash which occurred in Sawyers Valley on Saturday 10 June 2023.
About 6.40am, a Mitsubishi ASX station sedan travelling east on Old Northam Road collided with an Isuzu MU-X travelling north on Great Eastern Highway.
The 75-year-old male driver of the Mitsubishi was taken to Royal Perth Hospital by St John WA and later died from his injuries in hospital.
