Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Wilberforce, between Northam and York, today Friday 10 December 2021.
About 6am, a white Holden Commodore sedan was travelling along the Northam-York Road when near the intersection of Wilberforce Road, the vehicle left the road and struck a tree.
The driver and sole occupant, a 65-year-old man, died at the scene from injuries he received in the crash.
Major Crash investigators are conducting an examination of the scene and are appealing for anyone who saw the crash, to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report the information online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
