Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a fatal crash which occurred in Willetton on Thursday 8 February 2024.
About 5.10pm, a white Hyundai Elantra sedan taxi – travelling north on Beasley Road in Leeming – and a silver Toyota Corolla hatchback – travelling west on South Street in Willetton, were involved in a collision.
The 74-year-old female passenger of the taxi was taken to Fiona Stanley Hospital for precautionary checks; however, passed away five days later due to complications.
