A man will face court today after police allegedly located a firearm and hot water system in his car.
About 10.30am, Thursday 7 May, police searched a car in Surrey Parade, Morphett Vale and located the hot water system and firearm. Checks revealed the man was also breaching bail.
The 40-year-old man from Morphett Vale was arrested and charged with unlawful possession, possessing prescribed firearm and three counts of breaching bail.
He was refused police bail and will appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court later today.
