Homicide Squad detectives arrested a man following an investigation into the death of a Sale man.
A 53-year-old Maffra man was arrested in Sale this morning about 9.40am.
He is currently assisting police with their enquiries.
The arrest follows the discovery of a 50-year-old Sale man’s body which was located with fatal injuries at a York Street residence on Thursday, 14 July about 4.30pm.
