Detectives from the Echo Taskforce and Moreland Crime Investigation Unit have arrested two men after warrants in Glenroy and Fawkner early this morning.
Investigators executed the warrants at premises on St Ages Court, Glenroy and Disney Street, Fawkner as well as a business on Post Office Place, Glenroy early Wednesday morning.
Police arrested a male at the St Ages Court address and seized a mobile phone, clothing and a BMW sportscar.
The 25-year-old man was charged with theft, stalking, failing to provide PIN code and committing indicatable offences whilst on bail.
He is expected to face the Broadmeadows Magistrates’ Court later today for a remand hearing.
Police arrested another male at the Disney Street address and seized another mobile phone.
The 25-year-old man was released and is expected to be charged on summons at a later date.
Police seized approximately 200 kilograms of illicit tobacco at the Post Office Place business and enquiries are ongoing.
