Moreland Crime Investigation Unit detectives arrested a woman following a series of aggravated burglaries and burglaries in Brunswick West over the last week.
The Burglaries were committed on houses in Brunswick West between 6 November and 12 November.
Investigators executed a warrant on a residence in Brunswick West on the 13 November.
Several items allegedly stolen from the burglaries were recovered during the search.
A 43-year-old Brunswick West woman was charged with 16 charges, including aggravated burglary, burglary, theft and bail offences.
She was remanded in custody to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court today.
