Police have charged a man following an alleged stabbing in Narre Warren yesterday.
Emergency services were called to a Tralee Circuit address following reports a woman had been stabbed just before 4pm.
The 34-year-old woman remains in hospital with serious injuries.
A 34-year-old Narre Warren man has been charged a number of assault charges, including intentionally cause serious injury, recklessly cause serious injury and make threat to kill.
He was remanded to appear before Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on 6 April.
