A man will face court today after being charged in relation to the alleged sexual assault of a woman in Sydney’s north last month.
Detectives from The Hills Police Area Command commenced an investigation after receiving reports an 18-year-old woman had been sexually assaulted by a man.
Following extensive inquiries, a 36-year-old man presented to Chatswood Police Station about 11am yesterday (Thursday 12 September 2019) where he was arrested.
The man was charged with three counts of sexual intercourse without consent, one count of stalk/intimidate intend fear physical etc harm and one count of drive motor vehicle during disqualification period.
The man has been refused bail to appear at Hornsby Local Court today (Friday 13 September 2019).
