A man will face court today charged with numerous fraud offences in Sydney’s north-west.
Officers from Hawkesbury Police Area Command commenced inquiries after a Guildford business had a fuel card stolen between December 2018 and January 2019.
The card was allegedly used at multiple locations around Windsor, Blacktown, Bershire Park, Richmond and Marsden Park, to the value of $1,700.
Following inquiries, a 21-year-old man was arrested yesterday (Wednesday 27 February 2019), after his vehicle was stopped on Macquarie Street at Windsor.
He was taken to Windsor Police Station and charged with fifteen counts of dishonestly obtain property by deception.
The North Richmond man was refused bail to appear at Penrith Local Court today (Thursday 28 February 2019).
