Midland Police are seeking information regarding the whereabouts of 55-year-old Anthony ERWIN, as they have concerns for his welfare.
Mr ERWIN was last seen about 4.15pm on Sunday, 3 November 2019 walking along Swan Street, near the Woodbridge Hotel in Guildford. He is known to walk long distances but generally returns after a couple of hours and he may have become confused, disorientated and forgotten where he lives.
Mr ERWIN is described as 178cms tall, with a slim build, a ruddy complexion, black hair and green eyes.
Anyone who sees Mr ERWIN or has information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call police immediately on 131 444.
