Arson and Explosives Squad detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding a house fire that claimed the lives of three people in Tyaak last night.
Emergency services were called to a house fire on Cunninghams Road about 11.40pm.
It is believed 13 people were staying at the holiday property and a number of people were taken to hospital with injuries.
A 33-year-old man and a six-year-old boy died at the scene.
A 34-year-old man was taken to hospital in a critical condition.
The exact circumstances surrounding the fire are yet to be determined and a crime scene has been established.
