Police investigate robbery at Dublin, South Australia

Police are at the scene of a service station robbery at Dublin this evening.

Just after 7.45pm on Tuesday 30 June, Gawler patrols were called to the petrol station on Old Port Wakefield Road at Dublin after reports a man threatened staff and stole cash.

The suspect left the store and got into a white utility parked on Port Wakefield Highway where the vehicle was last seen heading north.

Fortunately, the attendant, although shaken up by the incident, was not physically injured.

The suspect is described as a man, approximately 180cm tall, with a heavy build. He was wearing navy blue long sleeved overalls, a blue spray jacket and a balaclava with white a white stripe on the top and around the eyes and mouth. He was wearing gloves and carrying a black bag with red stripes. The man also had a prominent limp.

Police searched the surrounding area, but did not locate the suspect.
