Police have charged a 38-year-old New South Wales man following an alleged assault in Oxenford yesterday, August 7.
Emergency services were called just after 2.30pm to reports of an altercation between three men at a Studio Drive property.
Upon arrival, a 32-year-old Oxenford man and a 26-year-old Oxenford man were located with non-life-threatening facial injuries and were transported to Gold Coast University Hospital for treatment.
A 38-year-old man was arrested a short time later along Hepburn Street.
He was charged with two counts of assault occasioning bodily harm, and one count of wilful damage, and is due to appear at Southport Magistrates Court today, August 8.
It will be alleged all three men are known to each other.
