An investigation has commenced after a vehicle fire in Sydney’s south west today.
Just before 4am (Friday 29 November 2024), emergency services were called to Kensington Road, Punchbowl, following reports of a car fire.
Officers attached to Campsie Police Area Command attended and found a hatchback vehicle well alight.
Two other parked cars were also damaged.
Fire and Rescue NSW crews extinguished the blaze.
Police established a crime scene and commenced enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the fire.
Investigators are treating the fire as suspicious.
Investigations are ongoing.
