Busselton Detectives are investigating an aggravated armed robbery incident that occurred on Tuesday 10 October 2023, in Broadwater.
About 3am, the victim – a 29-year-old man – was sitting in a red Holden Commodore utility in the carpark of a motel on Bussell Highway.
As the victim exited his vehicle, a group of five people wearing dark clothes and face coverings approached.
The victim was subsequently assaulted with a blunt object, causing him to fall to the ground. During the assault, a number of personal items were stolen from the victim and out of his vehicle.
The group were last seen fleeing the area on pushbikes.
The victim conveyed himself to Busselton Health campus shortly after.
