Police are investigating after a man was wounded at Upper Coomera yesterday.
Investigations indicate that shortly before 1.30pm, a 34-year-old man received a puncture wound to his abdomen in bushland off Runaway Drive, during a physical altercation with another man.
The man then sought help at a nearby address, before he was transported by paramedics in a critical condition to the Gold Coast University Hospital.
Investigations into the incident are continuing.
