Northern Territory Police have arrested a 15-year-old female in relation to a domestic violence incident that occurred in Katherine on Tuesday night.
Around 11:30pm, police received reports that two females were allegedly engaged in an altercation with sticks on Banksia Court.
A short time later, a 24-year-old female, attended the Katherine police station suffering a stab wound to her upper back area.
Police and a custody nurse began first aid before St John Ambulance arrived and conveyed the victim to Katherine District Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police later arrested a 15-year-old female and located the alleged weapon. She has been charged with Recklessly Endangering Serious Harm.
Both females are known to each other.
