A man with dementia missing from Botany has been found safe and well.
The 67-year-old was last seen on Luland Street, Botany, about 9am yesterday (Tuesday 2 May 2023).
After failing to return home, officers attached to South Sydney Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries to locate him.
Following extensive inquiries, including a public appeal for information and geo-target SMS alert, the man was located in Mascot about 1am today (Wednesday 3 May 2023).
Police would like to thank the media and public for their assistance.
