Police make drug arrests in Halifax and Ingham, QLD

Police have arrested four men and two women after a number of search warrants were executed on addresses in Halifax and Ingham this week, as a part of Operation Brownhorse.

It will be alleged during these searches officers located a quantity of dangerous drugs including cannabis and Methylamphetamine along with utensils used in the connection with smoking and possessing dangerous drugs.

All property located was seized by police at these locations.

The men, aged 19, 23, 45 and 61, were issue with Notices to Appear for possess dangerous drugs, possess aything used in the commission of a crime and possess utensils.

A 20-year-old woman was issued a Notice to Appear for possess dangerous drug, possess utensils and possess anything used in the commission of a crime.

Police also seized restricted items including part of a firearm, Electronic conductive Device and ammunition. A 41-year-old man is assisting with inquiries.

A 25-year-old woman was drug diverted for possession of a dangerous drug.
