A 48-year-old male off-duty Sergeant from the South Eastern Region has been served with a notice to appear in court in relation to an alleged mid-level drink driving offence while driving their personal vehicle.
It will be alleged the man returned a BAC reading of 0.111% following a routine RBT on September 3, 2024 in Slacks Creek.
The member has been stood down from operational duties and is expected to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on September 18, 2024.
