A 51-year-old male detective superintendent from the Crime and Corruption Commission (Police Group) has been suspended from the Queensland Police Service.
The officer is subject to an ongoing investigation into allegations of unauthorised access of confidential information.
The officer was previously stood down on Wednesday, November 6 in relation to this matter.

This does not mean the allegations against the officer have been substantiated.
