An 83-year-old Avoca man died yesterday after a traffic incident at a service station in Bundaberg.
At about 11am the man was checking the tyre air pressure of his vehicle when he has reversed at speed across the street crashing into a fence.
The man was transported to Bundaberg Base Hospital and later died as a result of his injuries.
The Forensic Crash Unit are continuing investigations into the matter.
