Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a serious two-vehicle traffic crash near Dalby last night.
Around 9.50pm, a truck and vehicle were travelling in opposite directions on the Warrego Highway when a head-on collision occurred.
The driver of the vehicle, a 44-year-old woman, sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to Princess Alexandra Hospital.
The driver of the truck, a 32-year-old man, was physically unharmed.
Investigations into the circumstances of the crash are continuing.
