A man is in a critical condition after a single vehicle traffic crash in Sheldon this morning.
Initial inquiries indicate shortly after 5am a silver Toyota Echo was travelling east on Duncan Road when the vehicle has left the road at hit a tree.
A 19-year-old Eight Mile Plains man, who was the driver and sole occupant, was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital where he remains in a critical condition.
Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam vision of the vehicle prior to the crash to contact police.
