Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 16-year-old girl missing from Maryborough since November 1.
The girl, pictured, was last seen leaving a Maryborough property at approximately 4pm, and has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her young age, and she has a medical condition.
The girl is described as Asian, approximately 160cm tall with a slim build, long brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing all black.
Investigators are appealing to the girl, or anyone with information about her whereabouts, to come forward.
