Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate a missing 79-year-old man from Ayr.
Paul Illingworth was last in contact with family on June 12 and was reported missing on August 11. He has not been seen since.
His last known location was Steel Lane in Ayr.
Family and police are concerned for his welfare as the disappearance is out of character.
He is described as Caucasian, approximately 168cm tall, with grey hair and blue eyes.
Police believe Paul may be travelling between Ayr and Brisbane in a truck or grey Hyundai i20 hatchback with Queensland registration 398 VMT.
Paul, or anyone who has information regarding his whereabouts, is urged to contact police.
