Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 39-year-old man missing from Wondunna in Hervey Bay since Saturday, July 13.
Andrew Henke, pictured, was last seen at a Halcyon Drive property at approximately 2.30pm, and has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
Andrew is described as Caucasian in appearance, with a proportionate build, dark brown hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a grey long-sleeved jumper, with knee-length navy shorts, white socks, and white running shoes.
He is believed to be in possession of a small blue esky.
Police are appealing to Andrew, or anyone with information regarding his whereabouts, to come forward.
