Police are seeking public assistance to locate a missing 45-year-old man from Morayfield.
Jason Scard was last seen on Dicarlo Drive around 8.10pm on August 31 and has not been seen or heard from since.
He was reported missing to police on September 12.
Family and police are concerned for his welfare as Jason suffers from a medical condition.
He is described as Caucasian in appearance with a solid build and short brown hair.
Jason is believed to be in the Kilcoy area and may be travelling in 2000 green Toyota Hilux with Queensland registration 698 YVO.
Jason, or anyone with information regarding his whereabouts, is urged to contact police.
