Police are seeking public assistance to locate 21-year-old Sam Keeley, missing from Helensvale since Friday, June 28.
Police and family hold concerns for their welfare due to a medical condition.
Sam is described as Caucasian, approximately 165cm tall, with a slim build, blue eyes and black shoulder length hair.
Sam’s current whereabouts are unknown however it is believed they may be still in the Pimpama, Southport or Paradise Point areas.
Police appeal to Sam, or anyone with information regarding their whereabouts, to come forward.
