Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 38-year-old woman reported missing from Newtown in Toowoomba.
Allessandra Sparta was last seen on November 3 and has been in phone contact with her family, however this stopped on November 20.
Family and police have concerns for her welfare as she has a medical condition.
She is described as 165cm slim build dark brown hair with brown eyes.
Police encourage Allessandra or anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact them.
