Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Jaxon.
The 18-year-old was last seen around on 4 July in Young Street, Frankston.
He is described as 180cm tall, thin build, wearing a black puffer jacket, dark hoodie, grey tracksuit pants and black Nike TN shoes.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
Jaxon is known to frequent the Frankston CBD area.
Police have released an image of Jaxon in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
