Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Tyson.
The 26-year-old was last seen leaving a medical facility on Kangan Drive, Berwick, about 1.45pm on Thursday, 5 October.
Police and family have concerns for Tyson’s welfare due to a medical condition.
He is described as having brown hair with a beard and moustache.
Tyson was last seen wearing tracksuit pants, a t-shirt, and was barefoot.
He is known to frequent Lang Lang, Meredith, and Melbourne CBD areas.
Investigators have released a picture of Tyson in the hope that someone may recognise him.
