Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Footscray woman Lesley.
The 93-year-old woman was last seen leaving a medical facility on Gordon Street about 4.45pm on Thursday, 15 August.
Police and family have concerns for Lesley’s welfare as she lives with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
Lesley is described as being Caucasian in appearance and is of slim build with white hair.
She was last seen wearing a green cardigan and was carrying a green “Coles” shopping bag.
Investigators have released an image of Lesley in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
