An elderly couple in Hoppers Crossing signed for a parcel that had incorrectly been delivered to their house about 1pm.
They discovered bags containing white powder in the parcel and immediately contacted police.
That parcel is alleged to contain approximately 20kg of methylamphetamine with an estimated street value of $10 million dollars.
A warrant was executed in Maroondah Terrace in Bundoora tonight and a further 20kg of methylamphetamine was located, also with an estimated street value of $10 million dollars.
One person has been arrested, a 21-year-old Bundoora man and he is currently being interviewed in relation to importing and trafficking drugs.
The investigation remains ongoing.
