Detectives from the Mount Isa Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) are investigating after a man was found deceased in Mount Isa yesterday afternoon, October 17.
Emergency services were called to an Arline Street, Townview address just before 2pm, following reports a man had been located with a critical wound to his chest.
A 28-year-old man was declared deceased at the scene.
A crime scene was declared and investigations into the circumstances of his death are underway.
