Queensland Police can confirm yesterday’s fatal house fire at New Beith has also claimed the life of a 33-year-old man overnight (March 10).
The man was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Woman’s Hospital suffering critical burns following the house fire and died shortly after 10pm.
The body of a 31-year-old woman, known to the man, was located inside the premises.
An autopsy will be conducted to confirm the woman’s identity.
Investigations into this matter are ongoing.
