Detectives from the Acacia Ridge Criminal Investigation Branch have arrested and charged a 30-year-old man with murder after a man was fatally stabbed in Acacia Ridge yesterday.
It will be alleged the 22-year-old man was declared deceased at a park on Mortimer Road around 12:10am.
Following investigations, Detectives arrested the 30-year-old man at Acacia Ridge yesterday.
He has since been charged with murder and is due to appear in Richlands Magistrates court this afternoon.
It will be alleged that the two men were known to each other, and there is no threat to the community at this time.
