South Brisbane detectives are appealing for members of the public to come forward as they continue to investigate the death of a 40-year-old woman at Karawatha on the weekend.
As part of their investigation, officers are asking motorists who were travelling along Wembley Road between 2:45am and 3:20am on the morning of Saturday, February 9 to contact police.
Police were called to a Wembley Drive address shortly after 3am on February 9, following reports of a shooting.
A crime scene remains in place at the Wembley Road rural property with specialist police including scientific and scenes of crimes officers in attendance.
Investigators are also seeking anyone who was in the area with dash-cam footage to contact police.
