Northern Territory Police Force are investigating the circumstances of a fatal crash that occurred in Berry Springs last week.
Around 7:05pm Wednesday 25 December, Joint Emergency Services Communication Centre received a report of a single vehicle crash on Wheewall Road.
A 55-year-old male driver was treated at the scene and transported by St John Ambulance to Royal Darwin Hospital in a critical condition.
The male has since succumbed to his injuries overnight in hospital.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
The lives lost on roads now stands at 60.
