Police have issued a woman with a notice to appear after concluding their investigation into a fatal traffic crash at Cushnie on January 15, 2021.
Police allege the now 24-year-old, of Springfield, failed to gave way to an oncoming vehicle on Chinchilla Wondai Road.
The ensuing crash resulted in the death of one of the woman’s passengers and the serious injury of another.
She was charged with two counts of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death or grievous bodily harm and is expected to appear at the Murgon Magistrates Court on November 30.
