A 29-year-old man who was allegedly assaulted at Surfers Paradise on October 1, has died.
The man sustained serious head injuries and was transported to Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition where he succumbed to his injuries yesterday afternoon, October 11.
A 27-year-old NSW man was charged with one count of grievous bodily harm on October 1.
