Officers from the Townsville Forensic Crash Unit investigating a single vehicle traffic crash which claimed the life of a 17-year-old girl in early August have charged a man with dangerous driving.
A single vehicle rollover occurred on the Flinders Highway, Richmond Hill at around 9.50pm on August 3
A 21-year-old Richmond Hill man is due in the Charters Towers Magistrates Court on December 14 facing one count of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death whilst adversely affected by an intoxicating substance.
