PolyNovo has announced the appointment of Lior Harel as its general counsel and company secretary.
Mr Harel has managed the legal, risk and compliance functions of ASX-listed technology and healthcare companies, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate law.
He was most recently commercial director (Australia), general counsel and company secretary for Optima Technology Group. He previously held senior positions at Vitura Heath and Seek.com.au.
The company said Jan-Marcel Gielen will cease his responsibilities as company secretary and dedicate his time to the role of chief financial officer.
