Six new positive cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in the Northern Territory in the past 24 hours.
Five people who arrived on the repatriation flight from New Delhi on 28 November 2020 have tested positive including:
-Two males in their 40s
-One female in her 30s
-Two females in their 50s;
A male aged in his 30s who arrived on the repatriation flight from New Delhi on 24 November 2020 has also tested positive. All people remain under the care of the AUSMAT team at the NT Centre for ³Ô¹ÏÍøÕ¾ Resilience.
Since repatriation flights to the Northern Territory began on 23 October 2020:
· 1331 international arrivals have undertaken quarantine at the Howard Springs Centre for ³Ô¹ÏÍøÕ¾ Resilience
· A total of 26 positive COVID-19 cases have been reported
The total number of cases diagnosed in the Northern Territory is 60. All cases have been related to international or interstate travel, with no cases of community transmission.
