The Adelaide Hills, like the rest of South Australia, is expecting extreme temperatures in the coming days and we want to take a moment to remind our community to please stay safe.
Everyone is at risk of heat-related illness during hot weather. Babies, young children, the elderly, and people with chronic illness or mobility issues are more at risk than others.
Stay hydrated by making sure you drink enough water throughout the day and stay out of the heat as much as you can by using fans and air conditioning where available, or getting to air conditioned public spaces during the hottest part of the day. You might like to visit your nearest library or community centre to stay cool; .
